| About Me |
| I have been a multi-media artist my whole life. As a small child I would lock myself in my room and draw, crochet, embroider, sew or paint. My friends and family have been my biggest supporters. With out them I wouldn't be able to spend countless hours creating. I love the multitude of all the ways you can use gemstones, wire and stringing to create masterpieces. My goal is to keep learning and growing as a artist. There are still so many things I want to learn. I just recently purchased a kiln to do PMC, enameling and glass fusing. As soon as I get room, I want to start practicing at lamp working. I'm afraid that I am going to run out of time before I get to try all the new and exciting jewelry mediums. |
| Here is a little list of suppliers I use: Rings-N-Things Rio Grande Thunderbird Supply Mosterslayer Firemountain Blue Buddha Boutique Gem Mall Magpie Gemstones I like to go to the bead shows in Portland, OR, and the Tacoma, WA, area. My favorite is the Gem and Mineral Show in Tucson, AZ, the first two weeks of February. I'm always on the look out for new and exciting beads. Trust me, if you ever get a chance to go, you won't regret it! |
| Most of my inspiration comes from nature and all the beautiful colors and textures. I adore flowers and koi. Here is a list of fellow wire and bead artist that have been an inspiration to me.
